Open Air Living is a celebration of space, breath, and simplicity. It’s the sway of linen in a summer breeze, the warmth of coral against a soft sandy backdrop, and the way light lingers long into the evening. This season brings the outdoors in—with colours that mirror nature and textures that remind us that simplicity is often the greatest luxury.

THE COLOURS OF OPEN AIR LIVING

This season’s palette captures the spirit of summer under open skies—fresh, natural, and vibrant. Each shade has its own story, yet together they form a harmony that feels light and joyful

Light Slate Grey (HEX 799894) refreshing and cool, like water catching the light. It brings clarity and calm, perfect for spaces that need to feel airy and open.

Artichoke (HEX 97A180) grounding and organic, echoing herbs in a summer garden. It connects you to nature and creates a soothing sense of balance.

Dark Vanilla (HEX D6C5B3) gentle and neutral, like footprints on warm sand. This shade forms the perfect base, allowing brighter accents to shine without overwhelming.

Fuzzy Wuzzy (HEX D8655F) lively and warm, adding bursts of energy and joy. It reflects sunsets, ripe fruits, and the spontaneous pleasures of summer gatherings.

Marigold (HEX EFAF21) radiant and optimistic, like the first ray of morning sun. It instantly uplifts any space, infusing it with warmth and cheer.

Together, these colours weave a story of balance and contrast—the calm of greens offset by the vibrancy of coral and yellow, all grounded in the softness of sand. A palette that doesn’t just look refreshing, but feels alive.

CORE ELEMENTS OF THE MOODBOARD

Fashion & Styling: Breezy Elegance

Think breathable linen dresses in soft sage, woven straw hats, and coral accessories that add a joyful spark. Yellow-tinted sunglasses complete the playful summer look.

Interiors & Outdoor Styling: Natural Harmony

Rattan chairs with sand-toned cushions, coral throws for warmth, and sheer linen curtains that catch the breeze. Add macramé plant hangers with herbs and lanterns to create a space that’s effortless yet refined.

Gatherings Under the Open Sky

A wooden table dressed in sage linens, coral napkins, and a centrepiece of citrus and wildflowers. Soft lantern light creates the perfect mood for evenings that stretch long under the stars.

Textures & Natural Touches: Earthy Layers

Blend linen, rattan, wood, and terracotta for a layered, sensory experience. A woven rug underfoot, cool ceramic in your hand, or the earthy weight of stone—textures bring depth and authenticity to every corner.

BRINGING THIS MOODBOARD TO LIFE

If you’re feeling inspired by this palette, here are a few ideas to incorporate it into your life this autumn:

• DIY Lantern Glow: Wrap glass jars with twine or wire, pop in candles, and let them shine on summer nights.

• Citrus Centrepieces: Slice lemons or oranges, float them in glass bowls with water and fresh blooms.

• Cushion Refresh: Give old cushions a new life with coral or sage slipcovers.

• Mini Fountain Corner: Add calm with a small stone fountain in a quiet patio nook.

WHY OPEN AIR LIVING?

Because it’s more than décor—it’s a lifestyle. A reminder to live lighter, savour simplicity, and celebrate connection.

"To live openly is to let the breeze carry your thoughts"

Open Air Living creates a sense of freedom and radiance, where every detail whispers of the outdoors and every moment feels expansive.

STAY BREEZY
